UT commitment Justin Worley led Northwestern (SC) to a 42-0 drilling of cross-city rival Rock Hill tonight. Worley was 27 for 31 for 409 yards and 4 TD's. That brings Worley's senior stats to 317 completions on 434 attempts (73%) and 47 TD's and only 7 interceptions. Worley already owned the South Carolina state records for attempts, completions, yards, and touch downs.
The win caps off a perfect 11-0 season for the Trojans in South Carolina Class AAAA, which is the highest class in South Carolina. The Trojans have not won a state championship since Worley has been at Northwestern, although they have played in the last two. Northwestern will enter the state tournament as the #2 seed behind defending state champion Dorman.
It also should be mentioned that both Worley and fellow UT commitment Pat Martin were invited to play in the South Carolina Shrine Bowl All-Star game earlier in the week.

Worley Rewriting South Carolina Record Books

By Barry Byers - The Herald ROCK HILL --
Northwestern quarterback Justin Worley, a 6-foot-5, 195-pound senior, is finishing one of the best careers ever in South Carolina at his position.
Worley, who committed to the Tennessee Volunteers, is a three-year starter and is rewriting the state record book, "Palmetto's Finest". All records in the book are recognized as the ones to go by and are sanctioned by the South Carolina High School League.
Palmetto's Finest does not included all records, but a check with sportswriters from around the state have been used to determine those not in the book. Worley's numbers are listed below, with official records and those believed to be records by the state's high school writers but not listed in the book.
Since Worley became the starter, the Trojans are 32-7 and region champs his first two years. We will track Worley each week with an update of his numbers.
